These no bake cookies are a mouthful of pure delight. Sweet, salty, crunchy and just plain scrumptious. Be prepared, they are addictive!
No Bake Avalanche Cookies
Ingredients:
1 lb (16 oz) white almond bark, candy coating or candy melts (I used Wilbur white chocolate)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
3 cups rice krispie cereal
Combine marshmallows and cereal in large bowl. Melt white chocolate and peanut butter together in a double boiler or in the microwave, heating at 45-second intervals until it is all melted. Stir until smooth, then pour over the rice krispie/marshmallow mixture. Stir to evenly coat. Drop by 2 Tablespoon scoops onto parchment paper. Refrigerate until set.
