Ingredients:
Boneless country style ribs
Chicken broth - enough to cover ribs
Barbecue sauce - we prefer Sweet Baby Ray's
Preheat oven to 300°. Place ribs in a baking dish, completely cover with chicken broth. Cover pan with foil and bake at 300° for 3 hours. Remove from oven and drain off broth. Slather on some barbecue sauce and place back in the oven, uncovered, for another 15-20 minutes to allow BBQ sauce to soak into meat.
