English Muffin Bread

 

ENGLISH MUFFIN BREAD
Ingredients:
5 1/2 cups warm water
3 packets of Rapid Rise yeast
2 Tablespoons Salt
3 Tablespoons Sugar
11 cups flour (bread flour or All-Purpose flour will work)

Mix all ingredients together until just combined. Do not over mix. Spoon into (4) well greased bread pans. Let rise until dough reaches the top of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 10 minutes before done, brush with melted butter. Bake until golden brown. Cool completely before trying to cut, otherwise you’ll have a huge mess. Bread will be very moist at first. Best when toasted. Serve with jelly, jam, butter, peanut butter, or anything your heart desires. I promise you, this will not disappoint you. It is amazing!
