This recipe is stupid easy, sounds crazy and turns out so yummy you'll be tempted to lick the plate...
Supplies needed: 1 pie pan, a glass or container for milk, spoon, clean fingers
Ingredients:
1 bag of regular Chips Ahoy cookies
2 cups milk (you will have milk left over, that's okay! You just need this much for dipping!)
1 container Cool Whip (8 oz)
Preparation:
Dunk one cookie at a time into the milk, for just a second, then shake off excess milk. (be sure to shake off the excess or you will have a mess! You don't want the cookies to be too soggy.) Place cookie in bottom of pie pan. Repeat until you have a solid layer of cookies on the bottom of the pan. Break up cookies to fill in gaps. Next, spread a thin layer of cool whip on top of the cookie layer. Repeat until you have the 3rd layer of cookies and then top with a thick layer of cool whip. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours before serving.
Garnish with chocolate syrup if desired.
